Absa L’Atelier Art & Lifestyle Fair

Absa L’Atelier has been backing emerging visual artists for 40 years, and this one-day fair in Waterfall City Park is where you get to see why. The competition’s top finalists, from twelve African countries, show their work in an open-air setting, and the four winning artists are announced live on the day.
Around the art there’s entertainment, food vendors and a kids’ activity zone, so it’s a proper day out rather than a quiet gallery visit. If you’ve ever wanted to discover an artist before everyone else does, this is the place.
The park has accessible parking bays and wheelchair-friendly paths from the parking area.
