Flow State began with a simple observation: somewhere between the deadlines, the screens, and the constant noise, most of us lost touch with the thing that used to come naturally — being fully present in what we’re doing.
We started as a simple idea. With the intention of bringing movement and focus back to a society evolving into a digitally driven environment. Our founder has always had a passion for movement, adventure, art and flow. The company follows his vision of building something that helps people tap back into their natural state of play.
Established in 2017, building the business has been a work in progress for some time. Finding the right way to relate our message and figuring out how to build a community that creates. We are constantly evolving. Bringing what we (and you) consider to be a flow art. Our goal is to make sure each person has a life of play and value, something we lost along the way.
Our inherent nature is to seek what fulfills us. The things that breathe life back into our time on this earth. In an age of constant stimulation, finding that meaning again is more important than ever.
Constant stimulation, endless screens, and jobs that keep us on our toes make it hard to focus on anything at all. Channeling our energy into something we enjoy gives us back what modern life takes away.
Obligations and commitments leave us drained, and serious people forget how to have fun. Life isn’t meant to be over analyzed. It’s meant to be enjoyed, at any age.
Flow State is for the creative and curious, the active and adventurous, and the organic and meditative. Anyone who wants to feel more present in their own life. Whatever your flow looks like, there’s a place for it here.
