Environmental Policy
Flow State exists to bring people back to authentic experience, in a world that often feels artificial. That same principle applies to how we run our business. We believe getting people outdoors and back to nature comes with a responsibility to protect it.
We’re a small, growing collective. Not a large corporation with a dedicated sustainability team. What we can commit to is being honest about our impact and making thoughtful choices as we grow.
- We follow Leave No Trace principles at outdoor events. Pack it in, pack it out
- We choose venues and trails with minimal environmental disruption
- We encourage carpooling or group transport to event locations where possible
- Where is your gear/apparel manufactured, and by whom?
- Is any of it made from recycled, organic, or sustainably sourced materials?
- What packaging do you ship in? Is it recyclable or plastic-free?
- Do you offer any repair, resale, or take-back program instead of disposal?
We believe part of protecting the outdoors is sharing that responsibility with the people who love it. As our community grows, we’ll look for ways to involve members directly. From trail clean-ups to sharing more sustainable practices within the collective.
We don’t claim to have this perfect. As Flow State grows, we’ll keep reviewing how we run events, source products, and operate as a business, and update this policy as our practices improve.
