If Flowtographers Night left you wanting to pick up a set of poi yourself, this is where to start. FireTribe runs weekly poi classes for beginners and intermediates at Rivonia Recreation Club, focused on the core skills you need before moving on to more advanced movement.
Poi is one of the easiest ways into the flow arts: rhythmic, absorbing and surprisingly addictive. Classes are an hour long on Tuesday evenings, an easy way to swap screen time for something that keeps your hands and head busy.
Book a single class or save with a four-class package. Private lessons are also available.
