Muddy Princess is a 5km outdoor obstacle mud run for women only, whatever your shape, size or fitness level. Expect 15 to 20 obstacles and a lot of mud.
There are no winners, no losers and no pressure. It’s all about teamwork and the kind of sisterhood that happens when you’re crawling through a mud pit side by side with your friends. Teams of any size are welcome, and solo entrants are looked after on course.
This season the event partners with PinkDrive, which brings breast cancer screening and education to women across South Africa.
