These terms apply when you use flowdesign.co.za (“the site”), list an event or buy from the shop. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Listing events

• Basic listings are free. Any paid options are shown before you confirm and are priced in South African rand (ZAR).
• You must have the right to promote the event and to use any images and text you upload, and the information must be accurate and not misleading.
• Events must be lawful and run safely. We may edit, decline or remove a listing at our discretion, for example if it is inaccurate, offensive or breaches these terms.
• Flow State is a directory. Tickets, bookings, refunds and the running of an event are the organiser’s responsibility, not ours, unless we say it is an event we host ourselves.

4. Claiming a listing

If you claim a listing you confirm that you are, or are authorised to act for, the organiser. We may ask for proof and may refuse or reverse a claim if we are not satisfied.

5. Shop orders

Prices are in ZAR. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attempts to break or overload it, impersonation, or posting unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

7. Our content and yours

The Flow State name, logo, design and site content belong to us or are used with permission. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give us permission to display it on the site and in our promotion of your event.

8. Outdoor and physical activities

Many listed events involve physical activity, travel or being outdoors, and these carry inherent risk. Take part within your own ability, follow the organiser’s instructions and make your own checks on safety, fitness and insurance.

9. Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate, but events change. To the extent the law allows, FlowState is not liable for loss or injury arising from your attendance at an event, from information on the site, or from third-party websites we link to.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
