SunUp: Move in Pink is a slow, warm-hearted morning for anyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer, and for anyone who wants to show up for those who have. It starts with a gentle community walk through the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, moves into guided moments of conversation and reflection, then accessible mindful movement, and ends with an uplifting dance.
Nothing about it is competitive. It’s about breathing, moving and being together outdoors as the city wakes up.
All genders and movement levels are welcome. The dress code is simply a touch of pink. Group discounts are available if you’re bringing friends.
