SunUp’s co-founder and movement fanatic Via Henderson is celebrating his birthday the best way he knows how: by getting everyone moving. The morning starts with a yoga session, then flows into a Conscious Dance session led by Via himself, with feel-good music, birthday cake and a few surprises along the way.
Conscious dance is free, unchoreographed movement. There are no steps to learn, just music and permission to move however your body wants to. It’s one of the most direct routes into flow there is.
All movement levels are welcome. The dress code is party-ready and movement-friendly. Group discounts are available.
