The Flow State take: Pick your challenge: Rookie, Commando or the full 15km. No friend gets left behind.
The Warrior Race is back for its final round of the year at Syringa Park on Avianto Estate in Muldersdrift. It’s a full day of obstacle racing built on grit and teamwork, where no friend, family member or colleague gets left behind.
Pick your challenge. The Rookie is 5km with 15 obstacles (ages 10+). The Commando is 10km with 22 obstacles (ages 13+). The Black Ops is 15km with 30 obstacles (18+). Crawl, climb, jump and run your way over, under and through.
There’s no kids’ course, but a supervised Warrior Kids Zone (ages 4 to 12) means the whole family can come along. Team entries are available.
